HOW CAN I SEE IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
Log into your account and click the “My Account / Order Status” link in the upper right corner of the page to see the current status. You will also receive an e-mail as soon as your order is being prepared for shipment. This e-mail will include your tracking number and an estimated shipping date. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk mail/spam folder. If you cannot find any confirmation at all, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, there is a chance you may have an error in your order information.
